A professional studio booking is more than “a room.” At Podhaus, every booking is intended as a supervised production environment. Depending on the service you choose, your booking includes professional audio recording, lighting, camera production and an operator who controls the technology.

You will receive the files securely. Editing, reels, branding and distribution can be added as required.

There are two booking methods:

1. Online booking for ad-hoc sessions and bundles via our booking system.
2. Booking via our team for retainers and corporate formats (including special services).

A booking is only considered confirmed when it is confirmed in writing and the payment conditions have been met (depending on the booking type).

No Our studio is there exactly so that you don't have to deal with technology. We handle microphones, camera settings, lighting, and the entire recording workflow. You come prepared with your content. On request, we can also help with a simple schedule for a smooth recording.

Yes Podhaus is designed for video podcasting. We produce talking head formats for YouTube, LinkedIn and corporate channels. Video podcasts are shot with multiple camera settings and professional lighting so the look is consistent and brand-safe.

Yes We support corporate and brand clients with formats such as thought leadership, executive interviews, internal communication and client-facing series. Corporate productions usually need more structure: format planning, brand consistency, release plans and clean delivery. We can provide end-to-end support or integrate with your team.

It is usually 5-7 working days from recording and as soon as all required assets are available (logo, intro/outro, naming, clip requests, etc.). Depending on the planning, faster delivery is possible. Projects with approvals, multilingualism or advertising integrations usually require more time.

We can set up accounts or publish them under your existing accounts (recommended). Responsibilities and accesses are clearly documented.

Corporate podcast production is usually calculated per episode or as a monthly program because it involves more: planning, coordination, approvals, editing and delivery structure. Typical ranges from a few hundred euros (recording only) to €900—€1,500+ per episode for video, editing, clips and distribution. For monthly releases, a retainer is usually the most sensible model.

Yes Our half-day production block reserves 4 hours of continuous studio time plus an optional free 1-hour break. This is ideal if you want to record multiple pieces of content without time pressure and need setup adjustments in between.

Yes. That is one of the most efficient methods. With good planning, you can record multiple episodes or segments in a half-day or full day. We recommend a schedule including: guest changes, micro-checks, and short set resets between episodes.

We work with a professional multi-camera and studio audio setup for consistently high quality. The exact configuration is managed by our team. If you have any technical requirements (e.g. file format, image style, micropreferences), let us know in advance and we'll check everything for you.

Depending on the format, up to four speakers can usually be recorded comfortably.

You own the rights to your content. Podhaus does not claim ownership.

Marketing use: We may use short excerpts for marketing purposes (website, social media, portfolio) unless you provide us with an embargo or “do not use” in writing in advance. We respect embargoes, of course.

There are no private parking spaces on site. Parking is available in the area. Please plan an additional arrival time, especially during peak hours in Hamburg. We will send you specific information before your appointment.

Yes Our studio in Wandsbek is easily accessible by public transport. On request, we will send recommended routes with the booking confirmation.

We accept: • Card payment• SEPA transferFor recurring corporate customers, it may be possible to pay bills using the retainer model (after verification and minimum period).

Yes In most cases, an advance payment is required to confirm a binding studio booking. Only after receipt of payment is the date finally reserved in the calendar.

This rule ensures that production times can be reliably planned and that appointments are not blocked at short notice without actual use taking place.

For bookings made directly via our online booking system, payment is processed during the booking process.

If a booking is organized by our team (e.g. for individual productions, series formats or corporate projects), the invoice must be paid no later than five working days before the recording date.

Different payment terms can be agreed for long-term production partnerships or retainer models.

Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full, as studio time and staff are firmly reserved and can hardly be resold at short notice.
If you cancel earlier, rescheduling options may apply, depending on the booking type and conditions. (When flexibility is important, a retainer is often the more appropriate model.)

Your final files are available via Google Drive (or a secure link) for 14 days. They are then deleted. Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up the files in good time.
